Our History
From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Ramon Zhang, the president of our company opened Hangzhou Kaize Chemical Co.,Ltd. Nanjing Luoke Chemical plant and Nanjing Chucheng Chemical Co., Ltd, which are the starting and foundation of our optical brightening agents&pigments manufacturing and sales; in 2002,Whitement Chemical was built up which realized the important strategy transferring further during development period and firmed the our own trust of "making this enterprise bigger and stronger more".
